To Hawai'i County Council,
It has been proven that being on undeveloped land provides a place and source for
stress relief, respite, and rejuvenation of one's mental health. The benefits of "forest
bathing" are well known.
Please do NOT pass Bill 165 Draft 2 to ensure the PONC Maintenance Fund is kept intact
to help maintain the PONC program.
