Subject:Please vote NO on PONC Charter amendment Bill 165
Aloha Hawaii County Council members,
Too many questions remain at this time regarding this proposed Charter amendment, particularly regarding
the removal of critical maintenance fund safeguards from the document. Please vote NO on this bill until such
important issues can be carefully debated with input from all interested stakeholders. There is no need to
rush anything through without adequate due diligence.
