Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 612-26, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 612-26, transmitted by Corporation Counsel J S. Yoshimoto via Communication
No. 975, dated July 16, 2026, authorizes the payment of funds from later fiscal years to enter into a
multi -year agreement for online legal research services and legal print resources for the Office of the
Corporation Counsel.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year agreement with an approximate
monthly cost of $13,522.08 until December 31, 2026, and then $14,245 per month until the end of
year one, with an increase seven of percent per year thereafter for proprietary software and other
services.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 612-26, and
recommends its adoption.
