Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 610-26, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 610-26, transmitted by Housing Administrator Kehaulani M. Costa via
Communication No. 972, dated July 13, 2026, authorizes the payment of funds of later fiscal years to
enter into a multi -year licensing agreement with MRI Software LLC for PHA Pro Software and related
services to be used by the Office of Housing and Community Development.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year agreement with an approximate annual
cost of $55,593 for the first year and increasing thereafter to provide software licensing and other
related services to be used by the department to meet program requirements and efficiently document
communications with applicants, participants, and vendors.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 610-26, and
recommends its adoption.
