Waimea Council Office, Parker Square, 65-1279 Kawaihae Road, Suite 109.
If a Courtesy Site is unavailable and/or participation is disrupted, the scheduled meeting will continue.

The Leeward Planning Commission forwards its favorable recommendation
for this requested change of zone, which would allow the applicant to create a two-lot subdivision of one-acre each, with amendments to Conditions B and D
and deletion of Condition E. The property is located at 64-5091 White Road.

The Leeward Planning Commission forwards its favorable recommendation for this amendment to the State Land Use Boundaries Map for the requested change of zone, which would allow the
applicant to develop a 400-unit multiple-family housing complex with a clubhouse and related improvements. The property is located at the southeast side of Pua Melia Street, approximately
810 feet south
of its intersection with Waikōloa Road.
