Re: Operating Budget and Resolution Accepting Donation
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance appropriating $500 for the HI-PAL program.
Also enclosed is a resolution accepting the donation from the Hawaii Police
Athletic Federation.

Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
In accordance with requirements of Chapter 2, Article XIII,
Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, we request Council's
approval for acceptance of a monetary donation from Hawaii Police
Athletic Federation.
The monetary donation is valued at Five Hundred dollars ($500.00).
The monies will be used for the Hawaii Police Department HIPAL
Program.
Your approval in this matter is appreciated.
