Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 293, Draft 2, with the following
amendments as discussed at the August 8, 2000 Planning Committee meeting:
I. Condition 4. Adds language that says the improvements will be paid for by the
developer.
2. Condition 5. Adds language that says the improvements will be paid for by the
developer.
3. Condition 7. Inserts "If required" at the beginning of the second sentence.
4. Condition 9. Adds language at the end of the paragraph that states CPRs will not
be permitted and density will not be increased beyond the permitted five single
family dwellings,
5. Condition 12. Adds language that states the property is located in a Critical
Wastewater Treatment area, so septic tanks will be used instead of cesspools.
6. New Condition 13. Adds language to have a solid waste plan approved by the
Department of Public Works, and renumbers remaining conditions.
