Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 665-26, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 665-26, transmitted by Mass Transit Administrator Zachary Bergum via
Communication No. 1053, dated August 13, 2026, authorizes the Mass Transit Agency to award a
grant to People for Active Transportation Hawaii.
This resolution provides $240,000 in grant funds manage the HIBIKE bike share program.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 665-26, and
recommends its adoption.
