Subject:Testimony in OPPOSITION to Bills 186 and 187 (Applicant: Waikoloa Green LLC)
As a resident of Waikoloa Village, I witnessed the potential disaster of the 2005 25,000 acre fire that stopped just short
of the village. The cinders and air quality were dangerous. We were ordered to evacuate but, I couldn't due to traffic
backups. Waikoloa needs a second exit road before any more building should occur. This is a safety issue. NO
ADDITIONAL BUILDING should occur befora a second road. I vote NO to bills 186 and 187!
