Subject:Testimony in OPPOSITION to Bills 186 and 187 (Applicant: Waikoloa Green LLC)
I am strongly opposed to any increase in housing/popula?on in the Waikoloa village area un?l a second or third
dedicated road is built. This is foremost a safety issue in case of fire. The consequences of an emergency evacua?on are
frightening to consider. Also the traffic in general is already too much. All the village using one road: Paniolo avenue
creates a dangerous and congested situa?on even on a day to day basis. Do not allow more development at this ?me
un?l new roads are built. Mahalo, Lynn Wages Waikoloa hills resident.
