Attached please find copy a bill submitted for the Council's review and consideration.
This bill proposes to amend Ordinance No. 00-64, the Capital Budget and Six Year
Capital Improvements Program Fiscal Year 2000 - 2001, relating to Public Improvements
and Financing, to reestablish the reappropriation of funds that has lapsed for the Ahualoa
Road (Old Mamalahoa Highway) Capital Improvement Project in the Department of
Public Works.
