of the Commercial Neighborhood district established in Chapter 25. CN zoning is intended to accommodate
commercial activity serving surrounding neighborhoods and already permits a range of commercial uses, includ
lodging houses, financial institutions, repair establishments, retail establishments, restaurants, and automobile
term vacation rentals similarly represent a commercial use of residential property and are
ge of activities already contemplated within the CN district. Bill 147 recognizes TVR use in
other commercial districts, including CG and CV. Excluding CN while allowing TVRs in these other commercial
use or planning rationale.
