Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance appropriating $109,400 for wastewater
facilities upgrade for the Hookena, Paauilo, Milolii and Kolekole parks provided
by State funds.

and Financing Thereof for Fiscal Year 2000-2001, by adding the following

County Parks Wastewater Facilities Upgrade $109,400

BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION: Funds for these projects shall be
provided from the State Revolving Fund Loan/Grant Program for
Wastewater Construction Projects
