Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 192,Draft 3. During its meeting on October 7, 2026,the
Council amended Bill No. 192, Draft 2,with the contents of Communication No. 1059.4,
resulting in the attached draft.
The Council then voted to pass Bill No. 192, as amended to Draft 3, at first reading.
