Aloha council. Not able to testify in person......The following questions on this first day of early voting on our

1.reso 694-26 Plz tell the voting public where is the Kukuiola SUPPORTIVE housing project?????????HUD
funds = $1,892,000. Keep the taxpayers abreast of the status of this project and transparency of how funds
will be used
2.reso 707-26 Heather and dogs: wow 3K fpr the Dept. of research and development, business development
account. Where is this 3K going and where again is the accountability/transparency how 3K will be used.
3. RESO- 709-26 Ashley helping Wendy @ ymca????????? E'O
4. Asking James district 9 for funds for kohala h.s. Culinery arts to go compete in AMERICA .
5. BILL 154- draft 2 Please explain in writing and verbally what "other housekeeping amendments " are, ,
since we county taxpayers are still waiting for proper parking spaces without paying parking fees and receiving
parking tickets from Ali'i drive to Huggos bar and restaurant. Hoping council Villegas would consider a
Kama'aina card for locals to purchase for minimum $5.00 to park no charge to shop up and down Ali'i
drive. Plz advise soon if this can be accomplished before council R, Villegas leaves county council?????!!!!!! {
2 kohala seniors got parking fines/fees and cannot get their registration for their vehicles!!!!!! Wow}
6. Bill 193 appropriation of county funds to nonprofit organizations. RE: the big island HOUSING
FOUNDATION is one of the not-for-profit organizations that receive county funding
2 lawsuits have been filed since transfer of property mgmt in Kohala of "AINAKEA ELDERLY
HOUSING" transfered from bob tanaka INC. To B.I. Housing foundation, CEO AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - Paul
Gregory. OUR senior QUESTION is : are our county property taxes paying for Paul Gregory's lawyer- Lincoln
Ashida? To defend him{PAUL GREGORY}??????????? Plz advise.
Can James council#9 find out the answer posed to all council members, re: using county funds to pay for
private legal lawyer to represent Paul Gregory CEO of B.I. HOUSING FOUNDATION.
