Aloha,
My name is Malie Culp. I'm a Waikoloa resident. I'm opposed to new housing being developed in
Waikoloa until we have another road to escape the village in the case of a fire. That would be the most
responsible thing to do.
I am not in favor of Bills 186 and 187.
