BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 26-44 is hereby amended by appropriating revenues in the following amount to the fund as set forth in Section 2. Account No. Source Fund Amount 1065-430923 Federal Grants - Workforce Innovation and General $ 1,300,000 Opportunity Act Total $ 1,300,000 SECTION 2. The foregoing amount as specified in Section 1 hereof is hereby appropriated to the fund and expenditure account as set forth hereinbelow: Account No. Function and Activity Fund Amount 1065-41-43353 WIOA-Administrative/Planning 2026-27 General $ 150,000 1065-41-43354 WIOA-Adult Program 2026-27 $ 500,000 1065-41-43355 WIOA- Dislocated Worker Program 2026-27 $ 250,000 1065-41-43356 WIOA-Youth Program 2026-27 $ 400,000 Total $ 1,300,000 SECTION 3. A final report, or the final report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the Council upon completion of the grant program. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
