Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 705-26, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 705-26, transmitted by Police Chief Reed K. Mahuna via Communication No. 1109,
dated September 16, 2026, authorizes the payment of funds of later fiscal years to enter into a multi-
year lease agreement for fourteen multifunction copy machines to be used by the Police Department.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement with an estimated
monthly cost of $1,113.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 705-26, and
recommends its adoption.
