Aloha Chair and Council Members,
My name is Julya Bridgewater, a Kailua-Kona resident and hosted vaca?on-rental host. My husband and I live upstairs at
77-349 Nohealani St and rent our 1st-floor ohana (2 bedrooms, maximum 5 guests, 1 on-site parking space) while we are
on site.
I ask the Council to clarify the parking or occupancy standard for small hosted rentals like mine before final passage, so a
hosted host living on site is not treated the same as an unhosted operator.
