Hawaii County Housing Agency
SUBJECT: Appropriation Ordinance for the In-Lieu Fees and
Interest Income
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
an Appropriation Ordinance for its In-Lieu Fees and Interest
Income to the Hawai'i County Housing Agency (HCHA).
The HCHA reviewed and approved the ordinance at its meeting of
July 26, 2000, by a vote of 1".) ayes, & nays, and with
_ absent and excused. Accordingly, I am requesting that this
ordinance be included on the Council agenda for action at its
August 23, 2000, meeting.
