Subject: Opposing bill 147
I opposite bill 147 - AGAIN. None of the constituents who testified or wrote in seem to be taken into
consideration. Why is that?
It should simply say you have to register, pay taxes and be a good neighbor. Instead, it overregulates
businesses that have existed for over 20 years out of existence. My family along with many others will be
extremely negatively impacted. Please remove all the over regulation, let us register, pay our taxes and
be the good citizens we are that are making money and small economies on the big island.
