Aloha Council,
I know this tes?mony is late but I’d s?ll like you to consider it.
The bill needs to be deferred.
We have four new county councilmembers voted in by us, their cons?tuents, ge?ng sworn in on December 10 who
need ?me to analyze, study and evaluate Bill 147.
It unfair and unethical to pass this very heavyweight piece of legisla?on right before the county council changes hands.
Now is not the ?me to rush this legisla?on through.
Please vote to defer 147.
