Dear Chairman Arakaki:
Please place the attached item on the next Committee on Public Works and Parks meeting
agenda. The Downtown Improvement Association (D.I.A.) desires to make a
presentation to the County Council on a proposal to either manage, or to lease and
manage the Mooheau Bus Terminal. After they conclude their presentation, they will be
available to answer any questions or concerns that Council members may have.
