On October 17. 2000, the Mass Transit Agency and Hilo Downtown Improvement
Association (D.I.A.) desires to present a cost analysis on the D.I.A.'s proposal to manage
the Mooheau Bus Terminal. After they conclude their presentation. they will be available
to answer any questions or concerns that Council members may have.
