As a follow-up to our discussion last Thursday regarding the referenced communication,
I wish to request that this matter be placed under Other Business on the next Council
agenda for possible reconsideration.
As you will recall, a communication was received in the Council office from the
Department of Public Works regarding this matter after the Council decision making
period. I have reviewed that correspondence, and I believe the information contained
therein to be of such significance that the matter may need to be reconsidered. I have
given a copy of the correspondence directly to Alfred Robello for circulation to all
Council Members.
