Box 220 Kihei, Maui, Hawaii 96753 Dear Ms. Collins: Change of Zone Ordinance No. 90-99 (REZ 668) Applicant: Pacific Rim Land, Inc. Annual Progress Report TMK: 7-7-07: 5: Pahoehoe 4th. North Kona. Hawaii This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated August 2, 2000, containing an annual progress report in compliance with Condition L of the above-described ordinance that changed the zoning of the subject property from a Unplanned (U) to a Single Family Residential (RS-10) zoned district. Our records indicate that the revised preliminary subdivision plat maps for the proposed 9-lot subdivision was not approved by this office since its configuration did not conform to the Department of Water Supply's Rules and Regulations regarding service limits. By memorandum dated May 13, 2000, the Department asked that the proposed subdivision be reconfigured to conform to their requirements. We continue to await your response to the Department of Water Supply's request. While we will accept this current annual progress report, we do ask that greater effort be made on the part of the applicant to keep the County Council, the Planning Commission, and this office apprised of the status of the proposed project. This is the second year in a row where we have had to supplement your report with information from within our files. By a copy of this letter, your report will be transmitted to the Hawaii County Council and Planning Commission for their information. Coinm. No, 9z 3 File No. Z , K Ref. Toi if _ Rest.
