In discussion at the Committee on Public Works & Parks, Councilmember J. Curtis
Tyler, III made mention of the diacritical that needed to be changed.
However, Mr. Tyler did not make any motions on the matter. The diacritical changes
have been made and I am submitting Draft 2 of Bill No. 319.
