In discussion at the Committee on Public Works & Parks, Councilmember J. Curtis
Tyler, III made mention of the diacritical that needed to be changed.
I lowever, Mr. 'T'yler did not make any motions on the matter. The diacritical changes
have been made and I am submitting Draft 2 of Bill No. 319.
