RE: Resolution No. 323-00
Authorizing the Temporary Transfer of Funds for Undertaking Public
Improvements
I would like to propose adding the following language to Resolution No.. 323-00:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this public improvement/ employ the best
available technologies to ensure reliability and coverage for its users; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that, to enhance public revenue generation and protect
natural viewplanes, the County will collaborate with the wireless communication industry to co-
locate towers and related facilities on public land and at existing sites, whenever possible."
