SUBJECT: Waipio Valley Access Road
At a recent meeting with the Prosecutor, Major Kawauchi, and a community
representative, the subject of the safety problems caused by the operation of standard
passenger cars and of large capacity passenger vehicles on the access road was discussed.
The attached bill is my proposal for a first step to deal with this problem.
