Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one
fiscal year for a copy machine for the Office of Aging. The copy machine
current being used is 8 years old, and the copy quality has decreased resulting
in more paper being used to get readable copies.

A. REOUEST•
Office of Aging requests to enter into a multi-year lease for four (4)
years for one (1) copy machine.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
The acquisition of this machine will reduce downtime, thereby
improving productivity and efficiency of the office staff. We have
been experiencing increased downtime with our current copy machine,
which is 8 years old. Also copy quality has decreased resulting in
increased usage of paper to get "readable copies."
We are requesting a lease arrangement as we lack sufficient funds
to make a one time purchase.
