Re: Bill No. 309, Draft 2, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 24, of the
Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 Edition) Relating to Vehicles and
Traffic.
Attached please find a copy of the above-referenced bill which amends Chapter 24,
Article 1, Section 24-4, relating to the use of coasters, roller skates, roller blades,
skateboards, and other similar devices prohibited by adding areas located on the
Waiakea Peninsula, makai of Kamehameha Avenue-Kalanianaole Avenue from the
Wailoa River estury to the side of the former Reeds Bay Restaurant.
