Use of coasters, roller skates, roller blades, skateboards prohibited
This is to transmit Bill 309, Draft 3, which was the result of an amendment made
at the Council meeting of September 20, 2000. Specifically, the amendment
prohibited the riding of coasters, skateboards or similar devices on sidewalks
located in all public areas on the Waiakea Peninsula, but allowed roller skates and
roller blades.
