Over Government Homestead Road
Ksapoko Homestead, South Hilo, Hawaii,
Island, County and State of Hawaii

Enclosed is a resolution, which authorizes a grant of waterline easement over government homestead road
to Cyrus M. Wagatsuma, Nagata Family Trust, Dorothy D. Patao and James R. Kennedy and Linda C.
Kennedy. An independent appraiser has determined that the fair market value of the waterline easement
with an area of 6,231 square feet is $2,000.00.
