Proposed Amendments to Fireworks Bill
This is to transmit Bill No. 334, Draft 3, relating to Fireworks. Draft 3 proposes to clarify the
use of non-aerial common fireworks, when permits are required and when they are not. The
proposed amendment replaces subsection (b) on page 9 with the revised language.
