This is to transmit Bill No. 334, Draft 4 relating to Fireworks. Draft 4 was the result of the following two
amendments made at the Council's continued meeting on December 4:
Page 2: Definition of "County Safety Code" was changed to refer to the 1991 Edition of the
Uniform Building Code instead of the 1994 Edition.
Page 20: Add "and section 14-33(d)" at the end of the sentence in Section 14-35.
