Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 313, Draft 2, which includes the
fair share contributions in Condition I. Although the applicant is proposing to develop eight lots
in the subject parcels, credit has been given for the fair share contributions collected on two lots
per Ordinance No. 95-1, which previously subdivided a larger parcel of land into six lots, two of
which comprise this subject parcel.
