Re: Dedication--Kaloko Business Park, Phase 11
Resolution 321-00
Enclosed please find Draft 2 to Resolution 321-00, which contains the amendments you
requested on September 19, 2000 during the Public Works and Parks Committee meeting.
We will also conform our future dedication resolutions to reflect these changes.
With regard to the instant resolution, I will provide you with copies of the covenants,
conditions and restrictions upon my receipt of them. Finally, the County's assessments for the
improvement district has been paid off and the property is free and clear of any improvement
district assessments.
