Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 317, Draft 2, which inserts
language to prohibit the construction of a second dwelling unit on each lot in Condition F, and
renumbers the remaining conditions. Also attached is an amended map to correct the spelling of
the word "residential" in the description portion of the map.
