Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 318, Draft 3, with the following
amendments as discussed at the October 18, 2000 Council meeting:
1. Condition B. Delete from the first sentence "provided however, that should there
be no substantial construction on the site, the provisions of Condition K shall not
apply.", and from the second sentence "pursuant to Condition K".
2. Condition K. Delete all existing language, except for item #5 which will stand
alone as Condition K.
