- MR. ALFRED FRANCO
From Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, dated February 3, 2000, submitting
for confirmation the following appointment to the Board of Appeals:
Mr. Alfred Franco of Kohala (CD-9), a life-time resident of Hawaii
who, since 1995, has been retired (prior to that, he was the
Owner/Manager of the Parker Ranch Broiler). He has no political
affiliation.
]f confirmed. Mr. Franco will replace Mr. William F. Green of
Hilo (CD-2) whose term expired on December 31, 1997, and will
serve the balance: of the unexpired term which will end on
December 31.2002.

Committee meeting can be seen on Thursday, February 17 at 8:30 p.m. and Thursday,
February 24 at 8:30 p.m. All the above meetings will be aired on Sunday, February 27 at
9 a.m.
