Comm. 474: APPOINTMENT TO THE HAWAII COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY (HRAI - TERRANCE I. NAGO
From Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, dated October 4, 1999, submitting
for confirmation the following appointment to the Hawaii County
Redevelopment Agency (HRA).
Mr. Terrance I. Nago of Hilo, a lifetime resident of Hilo who,
since 1984, has been an engineer with Okahaza & Associates, Inc.
He has no affiliation to any political party.
If confirmed, Mr. Nago will replace Harris T. Hirata of Hilo,
whose term will expire on October 31, 1999, and will serve a term
to end on October 31, 2004.

Comm. 488: APPOINTMENT TO THE HAWAII COUNTY WATER COMMISSION
- EARL T. NAKASHIMA
From Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, dated October 13, 1999, submitting
for confirmation the following appointment to the Hawaii County Water
Commission:
Mr. Eazl T. Nakashima of Hamakua, a lifetime resident of Hawaii,
who, since 1980, has been aself-employed nursery operator. He
has no affiliation to any political party.
If confirmed, Mr. Nakashima will replace John R. Souza of
Hamakua, whose term will expire on December 31, 1999, and will
serve a term to end on December 31, 2004.
