From Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, dated March 24, 1999, submitting
for confirmation the following appointment to the Water Commission:
Mr. John S. Tolmie, Jr., of Hilo, a 28-year resident of Hawaii
who, since 1976, has been self-employed as a real estate
developer. He has no political party affiliation.

The Public Works & Parks Committee and Finance Committee meetings can be seen on
Tuesday, April 20 at 8:30 p.m. and Tuesday, April 27 at 8:30 p.m. The Human Services
& Economic Development Committee and Planning Committee meetings can be seen on
Thursday, Apri122 at 8:30 p.m. and Thursday, April 29 at 8:30 p.m.
All the above meetings will be aired on Sunday, May 2 at 9 a.m.
