Thank you for the opportunity afforded the Office of Social Ministry in presenting the services
we provide for the needy and poor in Hawaii County at your Council Meeting in March.
Per your request, please find the explanations to the questions you asked at the Council Meeting.
1) All Agency Payroll
The Budget request reflects the number of employees projected to staff the following Programs
during Fiscal Year 97/98:
HICSM: 4 Employees (Hawaii Island Catholic Social Ministry)
OSM 2 Employees (Oahu Catholic Social Ministry)
MSM: 2 Employees (Maui Catholic Social Ministry)
CAV: 8 Employees (Care a Van Project)
HIFB: 4 Employees (Hawaii Island Food Bank Project)
MC: ]Employee (Mobile Care Project)
MH: 2 Employees (Homeless Mentally Ill Project)
Kindly find the detailed schedule of Payroll costs which is attached.
