PW&PC-38 -3- June 20, 2000 UNFINISHED BUSINESS Comm. 785: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE (Bill 263) HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC - (Amends Section 24-104 (b) to read "Every motor vehicle upon a highway shall be equipped with fenders for all wheels which shall cover the protrusion of the wheels outside of the outer edge of the fender well to prevent or minimize kicking up of rocks or other hard projectiles from these wheels"1 From Chief of Police Wayne G.
