HiQhwav and Kaiwi Street Intersection Proposed Multi-Wav Stop)
From Deputy Chief Engineer Jiro A. Sumada, dated Apri120,
2000, per request, transmits a bill authorizing amulti-way stop at
the Kuakini Highway and Kaiwi Street intersection. Informs this
intersection meets the warrants for amulti-way stop.
