CALL TO ORDER STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA REFERRALS Comm. 544: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 15, PARKS AND (Bill 171) RECREATION, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION) BY ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF OFFICIAL NAMES OF COUNTY OF HAWAII PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES From Councilmembers Al Smith and Bobby Jean Leithead-Todd, dated November 3, 1999, transmitting the above bill, which will consolidate, for easy reference, the official names of Parks and Recreational facilities within Chapter 15 of the Hawaii County Code, and attaches comments from Language Professor Dr. Pila Wilson, who has reviewed this legislation. Chief, Environmental Management Division, State Department of Health, from Deputy Chief Engineer Jiro Sumada, dated December 23, 1999, providing a corrective action plan to address the deficiencies cited in the above-mentioned report (Comm. 577). Comm. 601.001: KAPEHU WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE INSPF,CT[ON REPORT -CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN Copy of letter to Thomas E. Arizumi, P.E., Chief, Environmental Management Division, State Department of Health, from Deputy Chief Engineer Jiro Sumada, dated December 23, 1999, providing a corrective action plan to address the deficiencies cited in the above mentioned report (Comm. 601).
