F'uji_moto dated April 27, 1990, transmitting a bill for an ordinance, initiated by the Planning Director, which amends the Zoning Code, relating to golf courses in Agricultural and Unplanned Districts. Informs the purpose is to require a Use Permit for the establishment of a golf course arsd support services within these zoned districts. Fujimoto dated April 27, 1990, submitting a bill for an ordinance, initiated by the Planning Director, which amends the Zoninq Code, relating to nonsignificant zoning amendments. Informs the purpose is to allow nonsignificant amendments to be approved administratively by the Planning Director as provided for in Section 46-4.2, Hawaii Revised Statutes. Comm. 1631: MOOKINI LUAKINI, INC. LEASE OF STATE LAND From Glenn Y. Taguchi, Hawaii District Land Agent, State Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), dated April 26, 1990, transmitting copy of letter to William Paty, Chairman, Land Board, DLNR, from Leimomi Mookini Lum, Kahuna Nui, dated November 2G, 1989, informing the Mookini Foundation would like to lease a parcel of land in the vicinity of the Mookini Heiau from the State so that it will have control of activities in the area.
