WEBER TO THE HAWAII COUNTY COMMITTEE ON CHILDREN AND YOUTH From Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, dated April 6, ]999, informing he has appointed Larry R. Weber of Hilo to the Hawaii County Committee on Children and Youth, replacing Captain Ronald T. Nakamichi who has been reassigned to the District of Ka'u. Lt. Weber has been a police officer since 1980 and is active with the Waiakea-Uka Athletic Association and the Family Christian Center Youth Group. Iopa, Project Designer, Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo, Architects, Planners and Consultants, dated March 22, 1999, submitting a design proposal for the new Mo'okini Educational Center for the Council's review. Also submits the Mo'okini Luakini Foundation's Narrative Summary of Activities -July 1, 1997 to June 30, 1998.
