appropriating $800,000 of federal funds for the Kuakini Highway (Palani-
Hualalal) Improvement protect This protect will widen 0 5 miles of the existing
2-lane Kuakmi Hlghway to 4 lanes Included are curbs. gutters and sidewalks,
drainage structures, reconfiguring existing intersections and signal systems.
